I only go here for their BOGO deals and that's what creates value here. I only order the Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/pearls and Hawaiian Green or Hawaiian Blk Tea (Good quenchers). Those 3 drinks are a must-try.

Their customer service can be better.

I would give this business a zero rating if I could. The managment and leadership staff is not customer friendly nor do they seem to care about customer concerns. That's what happens when there is not as many choices. I would look for other options on the island to take my business if I were looking for quality.

I live on the mainland, where there are plenty of great, legitimate boba places.
This review applies to 3 of the chatime locations that we went to, but I guess it will apply to all of the locations as my complaint is their flavor/quality of the drinks. The tapioca is very jelly-like, and not chewy enough, as if they make the tapioca in the cheapest way possible.
Can't expect anything good from a place that uses powder for milk tea. Their reason for the powder was because it's dairy-free. That might be nice for someone who is lactose intolerant, but I found that reason as a crappy excuse for them to keep the cost down.
We gave Chatime another shot, and asked on our second visit if they could use their brewed black tea (for their  iced tea) and add milk to make it into a milk tea. The workers were very nice (as they all have been in all three of our visits).
I guess iced teas here in guam are generally watered down (almost like sugar water) that despite the use of their "brewed" tea, my milk tea drink was no better than the powdered one I had on my first visit.

I started to love Chatime since we dont have a legit starbucks on the island. I always go to agana shopping center to get my pearl milk tea but since im in the area i tried this location. I was disappointed that the guy server was very dishonest, he gave me a cup of milk tea that was sitting on the counter with ice melted already, he also switched my stamp card. Not going back to this location.
